1. Hopefully some day you will get a "factual evidence" from your own personal experience.
2. I was not a victim and did not have paranoia. Read it up all over again to understand my point before making useless comments.

Is there a law that addresses this?
There may not be a law, but there is a special place in Hell reserved for a r s e holes like that.

Every day, at 3:00 a.m. and again at 3:00 p.m., one of Satan's minions comes along and blasts a loud diesel horn right next to the offender's ear, making his eardrums bleed. At the same time a pineapple, top end first, is shoved up his/her hole.

This is done, every day for all of eternity.

I've been riding in traffic for over 40 years, kid.

Now again, what was it, specifically, that makes a honk friendly or unfriendly? If it scares you it MUST be unfriendly seems to be your criteria. HTFU, if you want to be traffic, you can't let the actions of normal traffic (and aholes) freak you out.

What is useless is your continued dodge of a simple question. If you can't answer it, just say so, rather than throwing a hissy fit.

Not really. Fear of potential litigation has reduced that latitude to levels usually reserved for 2yr olds around a hot stove.

There are a few well known exceptions, but on 90% of the major roads in the country you can roll 8-10 mph over the speed limit before you have to worry about getting pulled over. Call it latitude, call it discretion, but it's alive and well.

The one time I got scared shetless from a horn was a dump truck that blew his horn as he swerved left right into me. Totally intentional and if I didn't run off the road would most likely been hit. I can definitely agree with the OP that some people could be scared into having an accident because of this. That doesn't mean that THEY don't belong on the roads it means that the ones running them off the road don't belong there.

Your 'example' is not what the OP referred to, despite your attempts to justify such...

Ok simp.

Your 'attempt' to understand my statement fails at the basic level. You could start by reading the definition of what a period is in the grammatical sense.

Now I feel like having a driver sitting on his horn blowing at me.

Well, it is a bit of a comprehension fail.
