Biking tieredness
Hey All,
I have got a serious question regarding cycling.
I had been a good rider during my school / collage days, after 12 years recently I am owner of Frontier Expert (MTB).
During one of my trips around my city which Bangalore, I drove around 85kms(52.8miles). After covering half the distance my thigh muscles became very stressed. Riding got very heavy, I had to struggle to push the pedals.
I have a MTB by any chance will this a reason for Stress and I was comparatively slow too.
Kindly clarify.
Regards,
Akram
