Mine are the 03 SSC's as well. But with Campy. Checked out the latest SSL's with the red bling spoke the other day. Look pretty nice but for the same cash you could get some pretty sweet hand built puppies as thylo was saying....

Oh yeah...good get, pshaw - that's a killer Scottish deal

Bikes: Thylacines...only Thylacines.

Hitchy, Soul-Kozak hubs with IRD Cadence rims and DT Supercomp spokes weigh in at about 1300g depending on how they're laced. I'd happily crash a set into you, if that's any indication

I can get Zipp404's for 2k Aussie if I can freight consolidate them. (ie: Ship them from overseas with other heavier stuff.)

I have to admit, if I could get them, I'd also be pimping Rolf Prima wheels. They are the kings of the prebuilt wheel world. Why they don't kill the Ksyrium farce is a complete mystery to me.

looks like Mayo will be coming home in the 'autobus' with the sprinters....what is it with Spanish climbers?, they promise so much, but rarely deliver (heras & the odd Vuelta accepted)

My brother had some Rolfs a few years back & had no end of dramas with them. Weren't Primas tho...I think they were vectors or summit like that. Ended up trading them for some hand built Mavic rim/chorus hub jobs.

Sounds like Rolf might have got better since then.

Go part 5 I say.

I finally got the nod from the insurance company - YAY! Market value on my old bike (2002 aluminium GT with ultegra) is $1800, plus new lid and tights, I'm going to collect just under $2100. That leaves me about $500 short on the new bike and stack hat, but that's OK as I picked up a near new full carbon and ultegra bike that retails for $5000 for $2500.

Good work on the tool recovery bbw, and nice effort with the rewards.

As long as it's better than Police Acedemy 5 or Rocky 5, no worries.

lets see that would take us to 500 (give or take) pages?
I'm just thinking this might load a bit faster, and lord knows we could use a
bit of speed round here.
I'll move the last 50 or so messages to the new thread for continuity's sake
(is there continuity here?)

and yes, it's your forum you do get a vote (just no polls).
