Everything is priced differently in every country. Haven't you ever bought a coffee in Japan before? 
The Tephra Ti SL is double butted Reynolds Titanium, the Ti is Ancotech straight guage. The Reynolds tubeset costs an absolute packet. The 6-4 version is even more....as in....downtube is 250 bucks.

Sucks that SBS coverage doesn't start until 10pm.
We have already missed the HC climb over the Tourmelet. From the cycling news live rport it looks like a few boys are doing it tuff today.
