It's not a Firmstrong because the top tube is not curved enough. It's hard to say without any identifying features like the original sprocket and chainguard. It's also slathered in flat black paint which really makes it look generic. Location of the serial number might give a hint but with so many of the original parts missing or replaced it would be hard to positively ID and easier to say what it is not. Hey tighten your chain!
