Help me identify this thumb shifter?

I have this thumb shifter on my cruiser.
It is on a Shimano, SG-3R35 3 speed hub.
I am trying to identify it and hopefully find the missing parts that it may have.
Thank you in advance.
EDIT: I found out that the hub and shifter came from a Honda Racoon, around 1998. Its probably a Shimano, but I would like to know if there is a model number for it.

I doubt Shimano will have any parts for it. Take to a LBS and see if they can get you a new one that will replace it. I doubt you will find what you want on line. To old. What country are you in? I have never heard of a Honda Racoon. Roger

Thanks rhenning, I am here in the USA (Cali.). I may at some point have to replace it with a new one, but I do like the "unusual". I know my chances are pretty slim in finding another one, but maybe someone here might know.
Here is a link to a Honda Racoon. Honda Worldwide | World News | News Releases | February 20, 1998
