Hookworm sizing???
I'm interested in buying some hookworm tires which run 26x2.5, but what I''m concerned about is the rim size is 559x17 rim. Is anyone familiar with sizing this tire to this size rim?

Scroll to the bottom. Your concern is addressed specifically, in detail, including a size recommendation chart and air pressure recommendations for an extreme combo like you are considering.
I personally wouldn't do it. Too much tire for that rim.
Also, why Hookworms? There are much better large volume urban/slick tire choices IMO. Hookworms are HEAVY, and that "pimple" tread surface significantly reduces cornering grip on asphalt and concrete.

I had the big hookworms on a 25mm rim and it still looked kinda silly. No issues with the tire rolling off the rim, but I didn't really push it performance-wise.
Why Hookworms? Because they are awesome. 2.5"!!!!1!!
(I got rid of mine, too heavy for 38mi r/t commutes, 1250g/ea, there are wheelsets which weight less than one tire... If I had a short urban commute or it was on a spare bike, maybe.)
