Non-QR 15mm Through Axles

I can't seem to find many options for replacement through axles!? I hate how protruding the levers are. (They don't go in beyond 180 degrees and are set further out than quick release skewer levers.)

Has anyone seen bolt-on 15mm through axles? 142mm back I think, but I can't seem to find any size of them!

are you sure your skewers don't rotate?

Paragon sells bolt on skewers. Back skewers usually are 12mm by 142mm, but unfortunately there are no standards for these things. Which bike, what hub, etc?

DT Swiss makes a 12 x 142 thru axle. It's pricey.

Neither of those are 15mm. Doesn't matter the width of them because they're too small in diameter.
