Square taper crank with less than 32 teeth
Are there any square taper cranks available with less of than 32 teeth? Who would sell something like this?
A neighbor has a four wheel pedal cart and is trying to outfit it with a smaller crank so the kids can more easily pedal through the yard. Thanks.

I've never seen one. Maybe look into changing the size of the cog at the back of the cart?

32T is the smallest for 104 BCD
Not square-taper, but SRAM is supposed to offer an integral-ring 26T crank in the XX1
Cyclotouriste crank arms are 50.4mm bcd, but the smallest "outer ring" TA makes is 40T.
The 74 bcd ring stack on a Cyclotouriste can go down to 24T.
Probably not cost-effective, but there might be a way to turn a TA outer ring into a chain guard and mount a small ring to the inner position.
wait a minute - try these guys Cranksets - New and Vintage ? Bespoke Chainrings
They should be able to make you a 50.4mm bcd chainring in whatever you want (down to 24T)

A cheap mountain bike crank sounds good. I suppose this would work with the existing spindle?
Spindles are in different lengths to fit the bike bottom bracket.
Sorry, I've never worked on square taper cranks.
Shimano Acera 42-32-22 triple, square taper. $34 !
Some smaller cranks for road bikes are available. Way more expensive, though.
Velo Orange Grand Cru 30/46
White Industries VCB cranksets and chainrings for road bikes. inner ring choose 24 to 38, outer choose 38 to 52

Stronglight 99 was 28t, 86 BCD so a 28 50 double was possible,Copied in Asia, Ditto TA, 26 and larger .
Now there are 9t BMX hubs and so Tiny chainring'd cranks too.
