FWIW, I've got an FSA 46/30 "back-ordered" at my LBS to go with the 11-32 11-spd cassette on the rear. At my age (70) and ability level, I need help on the uphills way more than the theoretical top-end speed that I'm giving up. I only rarely exceed 20mph riding solo on the flats and, growing more cautious with age I suppose, whenever I'm going down a steep hill and see the speedometer hit 30, I get one of those "Whoa! What am I doing here?" moments and slow down a bit.

And is it possible with a 11-36 back?
This is my bike specs https://road-bikes.gearsuite.com/l/29...us-Comp-Carbon
Which parts do I need to buy to make this happen?
When touring am not in it for speed, I have the time to enjoy without eny rush. And lower gearing will also let enjoy climbing a little bit more when loaded.

Cheers
As components go, your FD might not work perfectly with a smaller diameter 46 T crankset, but it might also be OK.

For this amount of money, I'd rather choose a simpler, cheaper and bomb proof 3x8 setup. Selling old groupset 2nd hand, since it won't be compatible. Or even 3x7 with some decent (even 2nd hand) friction shifters.

For crankset, I'd go with a MTB 44-32-22 one (at least for loaded touring).

FSA website has either 3 or 4 46/30 cranks listed ranging in weight from just under 600 g to well above
800g. The lightest had a price close to $400 IIRC but the heavier ones were somewhat to much cheaper
when they become available. I guess this will be like Sora/Tiagra/105/Ultegra/DA with price ranges to
match. Even that Sugino is more than I would like to pay. I have used triples for the past 30 yrs and
a brief experiment 12 yrs ago with 50/34 and 12/25 mechanical was dissappointing. The Di2 50/34 with
11/32 is great and slightly wider range than the 10s 50/39/30 with 11/28 on the other bike. I would like
to change out the triple bike to 46/30 and 11/32 when something reasonably priced comes along. Triple
still has the OEM ultegra 9spd deraillers on it. But I don't tour any more and our hills are no where near
Norwegian in character.

FWIW, the FSA cranksets are looking to be 30% cheaper than USA pricing from Bike24.de or Bike-Components.de even afer S/H

as to the "delay" in that crank set being in stores... the reason that they are only on assembled bikes is so that they are WARRANTEED if they fail... the delay increases if issues are found... like, PEDAL THREAD INSERTS coming loose.... or CRACKS developing in the spiders... etc.
I was shopping for a used road crank set last month, and ran across 3 CF cranks that had one or the other of the issues listed... one Campy, and two FSA crank sets... they sure look pretty though, eh?

i bought an Ultegra ALUMINUM crank set..... hollowtech II... and brought along a pair of pedals to test the pedal threads for snugness.... i've ran into a rethreaded crank set before... they got greedy with the TAPERED tap while rethreading that set... OOPS, huh?

Too bad Shimano doesn't make 46/30 cranks of any level.
