Specialized Ruby seat post adjustment issues

Hello-- just bought a 2015 carbon Ruby and I can't figure out to adjust the seat post. Can anyone help me out? I've never had to adjust a post like this.
There is a triangle at the base that the post goes into and then a screw that an Allen key turns but has a silver ring above it that spins. The bolt will turn in both directions getting tighter the further right or left you go-- when you are in the middle it's loose but doesn't move or adjust anything. Thanks!

It's the same as the men's, I just can't figure out how to adjust it-- there isn't a clamp at the base of the post that I'm used to.

I don't know if this helps, but here's the user manual for the Ruby

The women's version of the Roubaix. Geometry is tweaked slightly (different stack/reach ratios). Slightly different paint and touch points. Components and frame are equivalent to the Roubaix.
