Cervelo S2 vs. Trek 2.1

A while back, I crashed and destroyed my 2015 cervelo S2 frame. Don’t worry, I was fine and the bike was insured. All the components were salvaged, including shifters, derailleurs and crankset, and I’m looking to install them on my “get around town” 2010 Trek 2.1. The biggest challenge is the bottom bracket/ crankset which I really want to change because the Trek has a well worn triple chainring setup and the cervelo’s compact cranks and chainrings are barely used. The savaged cervelo cranks are FSA gossamer bbright. The Trek bottom bracket is an old school 24mm Shimano. I can’t seem to figure out if the FSA crankset will fit the Trek 24mm bottom bracket, if I need an adapter, or if the whole endeavor is even possible without buying a new crankset. Can anybody help? If I’m missing any details, please ask. Thanks!!

A simple copy and paste got this:
BBright?

I'm no BB expert but is seems that the Bbright should fit the Trek shell although the crank arm/frame gap/flow will be wider. But you know the real way to tell is to try it. Andy (who wonders why people don't do things without the approval of the interweb...)
