Edco Comp. Headset - Odd diameter??
I have an Edco Competition headset for a 1" steerer that needs a new home. The issue here is the outside diameters of the top and bottom cups both measure 30.1 mm. This does not appear to align with any of the standard dimensions that I've read to date. This would be a relatively tight interference fit for a JIS application, but the crown race (not pictured) measures 26.4 mm. This headset came to me as part of a bulk purchase, so I have no background on what it was intended for. The headset is in great condition, with barely a blemish, but I'm reluctant to post it For Sale here on BF or eBay until I know more about what this headset was intended for.
