Don't know where you would find "dry ice" these days, but this might work (old trick for removing cylinder sleeves from a motorcycle engine). Chip the dry ice so you can get it inside the seat post. Wrap some HOT towels around the seat tube. The dry ice will "shrink" the seatpost and the hot towel will "expand" the seat tube--might allow you to pull it out with a coat hanger.

I had a guy come it the shop and ask for a "seat pole". He, of course, wanted a seat post. I told him he'd have better luck if he asked for a 'seat post', the correct name for the part. He got his seat post and left happy.
A few weeks later, he comes back. Guess what he asks for? "Hey I need another one of them seat poles!"
