LBS offering January tune up specials

My LBS offers 50% off of several different tune ups or overhauls for the month of January each year. What a deal!

As Fietsbob notes, trade is slow during the winter/after the Holidays, In the UK, places are offering discounts, or free parts (service parts and installed at the time) to get the trade in, similar things happen just about every year.

So they'll wipe off your chain, tighten your skewers, and inflate your tires for $35 instead of $70?
