BB Question

I'm looking at a bike and it's speced as having:
  • Bottom bracket
    • Token Ninja Lite BB4124 PF86.5
    • Thread-Fit Technology reduces chances of bearing misalignment. BB86 Road standard, compatible with 24 mm axles. Weight: 83
A bit confused... looks like it has a press-bit Ninja Lite, yet it talks about the Thread-Fit Which one is it haha. Or does it mean that the frame is compatible to use both: PF86 or the threaded BB86? Cheers.

The two halves thread together to pull the bearings into the shell. No threads in the shell.
