Axa SL9 Ring-lock removal

Does anybody kown how I can properly remove this ring-lock so I can use it on another bicycle?
I made a short
so my question will be more clearly and you can understand my issue

Thanks for that. Question, will the lock slide of the baseplate of you had to grind of the bolt that locks on to the mudguard?
So when there is still half of the bolt onside the lock.

It looks like it might but if not you can try to remove the remaining screw stud with pliers or even better, Vise-Grip type locking pliers.

Dremel a slot in the bolt and use a flat blade screwdriver

I managed to slide off the plastic part from it's base plate. It wasn't that hard and the left over part of the bolt wasn't a problem.
But the tamper proof bolt Gazelle uses to fit the mudguard was rather annoying to remove. I even updated the video and will delete the old one. Skip to 1:17 because this forum doesn't respect time codes in the link.
