Convert 15x100 thru axle to 12x100 ?
I made the stupidiest mistake EVER : I ordered a new set of carbon wheels from LB for my Rose Backroad (2019) and checked on Rosebikes website the dimensions of my wheels... instead of checking dimensions on the bike itself... Little did I know that they changed their whole set up from 2019, with the edition of their new Backroad models. The wheels arrived, both with DT 240 hubs in 12x100. I fitted the rear wheel, everything went smooth, and started to work on the front wheel... only to realise that the fork thru axle is not 12x100, but 15x100
I felt my heart sink when I figured out what went wrong, and it has not really come back up since.
So my question is can I convert the 15x100 thru axle to 12x100 to fit the DT 240 front hub in 12x100 ? I have found this Fork adapter conversion from adapt-cycles[dot]com, which could save my life, but I wonder I might do something stupid again.
I could really use the guidance and knowledge of the experts on this forum!

That certainly seems to do what you want - a couple of bushes, one threaded, to reduce 15 mm holes for a 12 mm axle, with all relevant dimensions listed so you can reassure yourself by measuring your fork and axle before ordering.
Rose, Rose Backroad 15mm to 12mm Thru Axle / Fork Adapter Conversion
Kit includes the following:
Threaded insert: M15x1.5mm pitch external thread, M12x1.5mm internal thread, 15mm deep.
Thru axle hole insert: 15mm OD x 12mm ID, 10mm deep.
Thru Axle: 12mm x 130mm long, M12x1.5mm thread + optional 2mm spacer (for fine tuning length and fit).

Thank you guys so much for your enlighted insight !
I did stumble upon JJBP conversion kit and they do have a specific model for the Backroad indeed, which is awesome ! Forkmods from Autralia is a reseller and provides free shipping to where I live, Thailand.
Anyways, problem solved, I feel so relieved. And I actually learnt a lot today. First, that I should have been more thorough from the start and check my bike instead of relying on online information, even though it came from the manufacturer. But more importantly, my mistake may well turn out to be positive, as I realised through this experience that the industry is shifting from 15 to 12 nowadays. So it means that I'll be able to keep my wheels even if I change my bike, which would have raised another problem otherwise if I had ordered a 15x100 fork thru axle from the outset.
Hope my mistake and your advice can help others now
