Trek Verve 2 suspension adjust
I have a Trek Verve 2 with suspension fork. I want the suspension as stiff as possible. ( I would prefer a non- suspension fork but that may be too expensive).
Is it something I can adjust?

Nope! You can turn that knob to make you feel better but in the end it really doesn't do much. I would start looking at a bike better suited to your needs, the Verve is a very low initial cost bike designed for very occasional riding. Putting money towards it would be an expensive proposition which isn't worth it unless the bike has extreme sentimental value.

The Breezer is OK but not a top choice, random no-name brakes are a deal breaker for me. Shimano or Tektro or Magura or even SRAM (now) make excellent quality brakes no need for C-Star. I will say the history of the company is cool as Joe Breeze built the first actual mountain bike in the U.S. but those brakes aren't the move.
