What bike tool does this go to?

I must have at least 20 freewheel, freehub, and crank remover tools that I've accumulated over the last 25 years. For the life of me I can't remember what this goes to. See photo.

The male part is M8 x M1 threaded. It's 3.5 cm. long

Anybody got any ideas?

Do you have a stein crank extractor set? Is the tap guide still in it?

WOW! You guys are good!

Hit the nail right on the head!

I think I've had this since early 1980's. Obviously it's been a while since I used it.
