Bottom bracket spacers

Hello. I bought a new bottom bracket (Token brand) for an english 68 shell and it has three spacers included. I will be using it with a 10 speed Shimano 105 crank. Would anyone know if I need to use some or none of the spacers when installing? Thanks.
