GXP Bottom Bracket (ceramic)

I have a SRAM ceramic GXP BB. My bottom bracket is 68mm wide. I tried using the two spacers as recommended but when I do the cranks wont even turn. When I try it without the spacers it spins fine? Am I doing something wrong? should I run it without the spacers? Seems to shift fine?

Thanks in advance.

Yes run it without the spacers . the spacers are for the chain line. If it shift fine then do without.
