Adjusting Forks & Jumping Gears

Hi,
I have a Kona Shred 2008 with marzocchi dirt jumper 3 forks but the suspension is too stiff for me i am 7 stone and could i buy some sort of Marzocchi Lockout Lever ETA so i can adjust the suspension quickly without having to use a tool on the right fork theres a spanner bolt and on the left side there is a black plastic circle with many teeth.Would i be able to buy something like this-https://cdn-www.trails.com/Cms/images...99205_Full.jpg

And also my gears are jumping while riding how could i fix this thanks
