Tube size substitution.
I've got a flat, and because it's Canada Day tomorrow, there's nowhere within 200 Kilometers to buy the proper sized tube.
My tire is a 26 X 2.35 but all I have is a 26 X 1.9/2.125. Will it substitute in or should I just wait another day and hope my local hardware store has the proper size. I use my bike mainly for commuting, but also for light trail riding.

Should be fine. Those things stretch pretty good. I remember running 1.75" tubes in 2.125" tires on a regular basis, when I was a kid. Come to think of it, I do believe I'm currently running a 2.125" tube in my front 2.25" tire, right now. It's been fine, for the past year.
