Cables that work with SRAM Rival?

Hi, my cross bike came with brake levers on the flats and I may get rid of them soon. When I do, I want to install new cables/housing for the brakes and derailleurs. The bike has SRAM rival shifters and derailleurs and it came stock with Jagwire cables. I've been told that SRAM systems need high-end quality cables to work smoothly and that Jagwire is decent but not anything to write home about. Is this true? They seem to be working ok right now, but the bike is new.

Any suggestions on which cables work well with SRAM components? I don't mind paying a little extra for good stuff, but the Gore ride on cables seem a little much for my budget- there has to be better options right ?

Thanks!

Yokozuna jet-lubed stuff is my pick but any quality cable from Gore, SRAM, or Jagwire will do the trick.

Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

Jagwire make a range of cables. The galvanized ones are only so-so but their stainless steel cables are equal to anyone's.

Jagwire works great. I wanted the Gore cables but I just couldn't justify the extra dollars.

I've had to make sure to specifically go with 1.1 mm diameter cables. I can't ever get the standard 1.2 mm cables to fit in the shifters.
