Seatpost squeeks

Hi,

A while ago, I had a very loud creak and the LBS mechanic applied some grease to my carbon seatpost (2008 ish Roubaix). He told me the name and of course I forgot it. Creak is back. What was the name and where can I get it. Apparently normal grease is bad for carbon?

Thanks.

I'd guess just generic "Carbon Assembly Paste", Tacx makes some fairly cheap.

Was it gritty? red?
