Areo seat post stuck.

Some how when I was adjusting my bike my aero seat post got stuck as far down as it can go. The bike is aluminium and the seat post is carbon if that matters. Any advice how to get it unstuck? I have tried rubbing grease around.

you must put the pulling force inline with the frames seat angle. so you have to pull back and up instead of straight up

Maybe you can get a screwdriver or something in the compression slot to open it up a bit...?

And you won't achieve anything with grease... you need a penetrant lube.
