There might not be enough tension in the cable. There's a barrel adjuster near the left shifter. Turn it counterclockwise maybe one or two times. See if that works. If not, the screw limits might need to be adjusted. Take a screwdriver and loosen the one that as "H" near it. Maybe 1/8 turn. Then see. If not turn 1/8 more. Keep at it until it shifts to the higher gear.

Also the orientation of the front derailleur needs to be at a certain distance from the chainrings. You will learn all you need to know about front derailleur adjusting here: https://www.parktool.com/repair/readhowto.asp?id=75

front dralia = front derailleur

" the front gears there is 3 of them and it wont change!it,s ok on the lower 2 but will not change to the higher one just makes lots of disturbing noises" . The front derailleur needs adjustment or the cable needs to be tighten again, the noise probably is because the chain is scratching the chainwheel.

Can u figure it out if the cable that goes to the front derailleur has tension or not? If you can figure it out this you will figure it out how to fix the tension that probably is the main problem, cables stretch or the cable came lose in the front derailleur it self. If you can't just look at these 2 videos and then try to figure it out

https://bicycletutor.com/adjust-front-derailer/

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ngm6dr-1na0

Two different bikes, two different ways to adjust the stuff but pretty much the 1st thing is to check the tension in the cable, thing shown in the video, if that does not fix it think more, to do the cable thing move the Front derailleur lever all the way to the small (1st) chain ring, then do the stuff.

Good luck
