Some Very Strange Bikes
As a former bicycle mechanic, I've always had an interest in the strange, one-of-a-kind bikes, haven't you? It gives you food for thought - about what you might want to create. I've posted pictures of 27 varied, and very strange bikes at www.odd50.com under the heading Odd Bicycles. My favorite is the 'ultimate wheel.' Have fun, - Jeff

Constant tinkerer
The "wave bike" interested me. For a while I've thought about the idea of riding a bike on water. Monster trucks can do it, especially when they run 8 tires, because the tires are so massive that they act like giant balloons and the truck actually floats.
Floating and balance seem like the largest challenges. I don't think it would be terribly difficult to fit a paddle wheel in place of a bike's rear wheel.
