knees knocking against top tube - solution?
hi,
Id appreciate some advice on tis problem. I recently purchased an old racing bike but because of over-pronation, or whatever, my natural riding position bring my knees into contact with the top tube. I measured the distance between the pedals and frame and it is shorter by a few centimetres than on my MTB and commuting bike. Are there any changes I can make to the bike set up to counter this problem?
thanks
Chris

Do you wear cleats? Adjust them to angle your knees further out.

There is a product called Kneesavers, that would help with the leg/top tube contact.
