Install Surly LHT or Soma Cross forks to Bianchi Volpe?

I Need a new fork for my 2007 61cm Bianchi Volpe, and was wondering if I install a fork with different rake and axle to crown, if it will mess up the bike's geometry? The Volpe fork has 50mm rake, the Soma has 44mm, and the Surly is 45mm. and the Soma is slightly longer axle to crown at 394mm. I believe both the Volpe and Surly are 390mm. Does it matter what fork i choose?

More rake/offset from steering axis = less trail.
less trail improves low speed maneuverability a bit.
and benefits a heavy front pannier or porteur rack load .
vBQ goes on about low trail forks at length... lower than any you offer.

longer axle to crown race raises the frame, lowers the head tube angle.
