Well if you mind to fix it is not that hard but u need a good vice for that. The fastest way is to clamp both stays together in the vice (l and put a piece of wood between the fork stays and the vice or you could dent the stays. Then pull the steering tube little by little, little pushes until it gets in the right position. The fork wont brake IMO. Of you are not strong enough just get a cheater bar to get more torque.
