The only problem is that the OP built a single wheel trailer. It needs 2 attachment points on either side of the bike frame. You want the attachment points rather spread apart so the leverage isn't concentrated which could allow the trailer to twist out of line with the rest of the bike. The OP mentioned that he wanted to attach the trailer to the seat stay. The more I think about it, the worse of an idea that would be for a single wheel locked frame trailer to use a seat stay or seat post as a lock point to keep the trailer lined up with the rest of the bike.
You want to have a rather wide attachment point for the trailer frame. That way it spreads the leverage across a wide point and doesn't concentrate it all at one point. The seat stay is only about 34mm wide. The rear drop outs are about 135-150mm. Best to attach the frame to the drop out area.
If the trailer was a 2 wheel trailer, then you would only need one hitch attachment point since there would not be any appreciable side loading. You could then use the seat post as the attachment or even the seat stay.

1. if i change quick release on rear wheel what size would i need? i am thinking to get an used fork and to attach it to trailer so i will mount trailer like rear wheel. but will that thin thing could handle 10-20 kg? maybe 30 kg.....i was thinking that quick release would brake apart.

they have same qucik reliese system but a little bit different...the trailer fork is not fixed......strange.....only thing i want mount that would combine comfortability and safety
the last thing i want to ask for your attention is how to bind suitcase on trailer....my trailer is very symilar to this https://www.tonystrailers.com/cargo/fd.JPG but mine is one wheeled and suitcase is like this https://www.bagcompany.co.uk/lumiere-...case-186-p.asp

I have a Burley trailer that I use with my kids. You might want to check out Burley's forged aluminum attachments that the quick release wheel axle/lever goes through. Here is a link to one.
https://www.biketrailershop.com/burle...rts-c-148.html
Then you run a C clip/lock pin 1/4x2 lock pin through it.
https://www.burley.com/home/bur/listitems_200_15?
So your trailer would have to have attachment points with a hole in it for the C clip lock pin to go through. Seeing the link above you might be able to use reinforced hose??
Just trying to help, I don't know if you would have access to Burley parts in Georgia but a machine shop with a CNC could make you something similar in no time.

The trailer frame drop outs rest on shoulder bolts attached to flat steel brackets
fastened to bike drop outs by the quick release and fender mounts. The trailer is prevented from detaching by stops that fall under the shoulder bolts and are locked in place by tightening Allen screws.
The Allen wrench hanging from trailer frame is left there for quick access.

Try this link. It has lots of good info and a few different hitch designs with pros and cons of each.
