Replacement BB for FSA MegaExo
The BB on my Pinnacle Arkose Two is rocking when pedaling. From what I've read there isn't much that can be done to repair these sorts of BBs (and this might be out of my skill level) so I'm looking for a replacement. I've had the bike a year and have put about 2500 miles on it - wouldn't have expected the BB to break so quickly. I'd like to replace it with something else. Could somebody suggest something that might be better but still around the $40-70 price?
The crankset is an FSA Gossamer Cross.

What about another MegaExo? An alternate is just about any Shimano compatible external (HT2) bottom bracket, these can be found at just about any price range.
The MegaExo is the same spec as Shimano so there won't be any compatibility issues, as long as you get the road version.

When the MegaExo on my Gossamer went out, I replaced it with a Dura-Ace. That one hasn't given me any trouble. The initial install is extremely tight, but I think that's the way it's supposed to be.

I replaced the BB with a Dura-Ace (https://www.chainreactioncycles.com/M...?ModelID=28439). Swapped it out no problem. Thanks for you help!
