Pump bracket for frame?

Would anyone have a lead on where to get a pump bracket that has a flange that goes underneath the bottle cage?

It doesn't mount under the cage but might work alongside: https://www.amazon.com/Zefal-Doodad-P..._tr_16062041_6

This one fits a number of Topeak models and could probably be used for similar ones; I highly recommend the Road Morph G. https://store.todson.com/store/wb-bra...ex-tpd-2c.html

This would seem like such an obvious, high profit-margin product for some manufacturer to make. An aluminum plate with a slight bend, 2 drilled holes to mount under a bottle cage and 2 M5 tapped holes to mount a pump holder would be all that is required. Anodize it black and a few sexy colors and sell it for $10.99; make it from Ti and sell it for $25.
