Derailleur hanger

I have one of these hangers on my caad4:

My question is: Are there threads in the frame or do the screws go in one side of the hanger and fasten on the other side? I don't want to take it of because I don't want to risk stripping the threads or the head of the screws when I put it back.
Thanks!

The hanger itself has the threads.

The treads are on the hanger it self , but you do need to be carful ,they can still strip out if you don't .
