Brake Arm Won't Spring Back.......

One of my brake arms doesn't move at all. I took apart the arm and greased it good. It didn't help. I adjusted the little screws on each side and it didn't help. The spring on the broke arm looks the same as the working arm. The broken side is the side where the noodle rests at. Not sure if that is it? Any help would be appreciated.

Do you feel any spring action at all? Test by removing the noodle from the arm and with the wheel off. See if loosening the brake helps. If so the bushing may be work, or something is binding it, so tightening the bolt binds the brake. There are fixed for this but you have to identify the cause.

Also of the spring legs aren't at 12 and 6 (180° apart) The orientation of the spring is critical, so it's working arc is correct. Try removing the brake, flipping the spring over and reassembling.
