Sealing a Small Scratch on Carbon Fork

I have a small scratch. Very superficial/purely cosmetic. Is there something I can put on it to seal it and restore the shine? My instinct says to put a little clear nail polish on it. What do you think?

Nail varnish will work fine

There is no functional need to seal it.
