Rim tape size.
I have wheels fulcrum racing 7. What rim tape size my wheels use. One lbs give me rim tape 16mm. Before my real wheel innertube have do hole without i ride 6 times. Happens when i put air in the tire always. Before i go in max pressure 120 my tires take. Even in 80psi the innertube do hole. With the lbs tape 16mm give me the real wheel is stay hold air. But the front wheel now do that problem. Before i take the tire out and i see the rim tape had move on the side and had left uncovered two spoke holes. What size rim tape i need.

Rim tape must be wide enough to completely cover the spoke nipple holes. But, it must not be so wide that it interferes with the tire beads seating on the rim.
It must also be strong and stiff enough to resist being forced into the spoke nipple holes. Use a genuine rim tape (such as Velox) that has been developed for the task.
However, one of my local bike shops use two layers of Gorilla Tape (a brand name) which resembles duct or gaffer's tape which seems to work quite well. The Gorilla tape has the advantage that it can be torn into a strip that is the correct width for any particular rim.
I use Velox and have done so for more than fifty years.

IMO Gorilla tape is OK, but two layers is pretty thick which can make tire mounting more difficult. It also can leave a nasty mess of adhesive behind. Velox is good and can be reused many times. Of late, I use two layers of Kapton tape which is very thin and tough, comes away cleanly when removed, and is relatively inexpensive. This is similar two what is used for some tubeless tire conversions. 5/8" wide is good for the normal 19mm outside/13mm inside width rims. 3/4" is good for wider road rims. Amazon has it. I also use it to tape the cables to the bars under the bar tape because it's not stretchy like electrical tape.
