What's the best method to lock your feet onto the pedals?

For the most part I have it down, but I would just like to hear how others are doing it.
Good pedals, dry feet and:

You know how to do a wheelie right, well if you don't you should probabley learn how to since this is the basi to most of your tricks.

Anyway what you need to learn is how to lift your back wheel off the ground. As you ride stand up on your pedals so that your cranks are horizontal. Then you twist your feet forward just a little bit and pull up your feet. That sould probably get your back wheel off the ground. Anyway when you marster that you just do a wheelie first and then pull up your back wheel as your in the air.

I can kind of do a wheelie/manual. However I'm by no means good at it. I'm getting better with the bunny hops though. I just need to practice to get my height up.

It feels natural for me to spin counter clockwise but while airing and doing some hops i tweaked my bars to the right and felt the back end of my bike went clockwise so i tried it really hard and i can spin faster n this way just feels awkward. i wasnt turning the bars when i was trying to 180 b4 and i think that was my problem... i just tried to move the whole bike at once...

any tips on tricks to work on all i really wanna learn is table tops and x ups... im not trying to get really good just enough to have fun and loose some weight... but my heavy ass keeps popping tubes... I guess im not doing bad after only a few weeks of riding.

I kinda feel like the jump doesent allow me to be able to get enough speed to actually level out naturally and im doing alot more work then i should be. i think the down ramp should be larger and maybe have a bigger table on top. i like the idea of tables for learning to ride on dirt feels safer to me then coming up short on a double. Is there any way to pack down sandy crap to make it ridable... mix in some quickcreet or something... im thinking about just building a huge roll in in the trees and throwing down carpet.... I just want something that is close to the house and fun 2 ride and is in the shade... ill post some more pics of what we built tomorrow for some more advice

That could be your problem. Run way more than that, like 90-110.

Does anybody know of a good tutorial on how to do a Foot Jam Whip or tail whip or something like that? I searched a little and found some stuff, but a good tutorial never hurts.
