Converted low rider to BmX
Here's a pic of my converted CCM Mustang low rider. I also have another low rider like this which I will post a pic of later. This bike has a enhanced stem that pushes the handle bars out another couple of inches or so a person over 6' can ride it. It is a great exercise bike as it really works the upper leg muscles. I get lots of looks riding this.

I have been riding this bike everyday for half a year now, 20 minutes a day, other then when it is raining, and my legs feel 15 years younger
(75 now). The incredible thing about a bike like this, with only one gear and set up like a exercise bike, is that you push with the upper leg muscles and the results are incredible. Riding into the wind really works the legs. I ride a circular route, I'm into the wind 1/2 the time and getting pushed by it the other half (live off of the water so there is always some kind of a wind blowing. The design of the stem makes it all possible as it puts the handle bars out far enough so you feel very comfortable riding it.
