Bike looks flat

I'm 6' tall and 130 pounds. When im on my bike the front tire looks flat but when im not it looks perfectly full. The bike is a Framed Impact 20. The max weight for the bike is 165 lbs. I dont know if i need to buy different tires, tubes, and rims to make it fit my size or what

Use a gauge to check the pressure because it sounds like your under-inflated.
