release your rear tire pressure to 35-40 psi, pump it back up as you get better.

It simply can't be said enough. Manuals are less of a 'trick' and more of a 'skill' as one of my friends pointed out. You get good at them by doing them every time you ride, every day, and then in 2 years you will find them to be easy. But, the first 3-6 months may give you no love at all with them.

well wat i do is i lean my front body a little bit over my handle bars and then after that i pull back but with out yanking my bike up then once im in this position i lean back behind my seat and naturally for me when i first trying manuals my body sort of moves back and forth in a humping motion.. when i first started i could only manual for a good 5 10 ft like you but now i can go for maybe close to a 150 ft/ 200 feet once i get a good one...

try and find your point of balance. once youve found that get into a manual and when you front wheel starts to go down straigten your legs abit more and when your to far back either tap your brake just enought to bring the nose down orlean forward.

just practice.try and stay low to your bike and keep it in one position with minimal adusting/pumping.also if you lean back farther and lower to the back tire your balance point will let the front wheel stay closer to the ground and there will be less of a chance that youll loop out on your ass.hope that helps

1) Youtube bmx fakies or whatever trick you want to learn
2) Stop bringing a bunch of old threads back with posts like "great stuff."
3) Read the dates I doubt he'll get back to you.
