Seat Battle

My Shadow seat is about to pop of its rails after throwing it yesterday at the trails, now it squeeks and moves alot, so i want to get a new one, because i can.

The new Aitken Seat:
https://www.staff-bmx.com/store/stsps..._aitken_n.html

VS.

The Fit Seat(pretty much the same as the Shadow, which i currently have)
https://www.empirebmx.com/catalog/sho...t=catalog.aspx

Unfortunatley the Fit Seat isnt on the Staff site, and since they ship in 2 days to Virginia, i like ordering from them, so im leaning towards the Odyssey Aitken because it will come faster and its different then the Shadow seat (unlike the Fit)

So post up.

Odyssey Senior. That Aitken seat looks like something off an '80s department store bike, although I'm, assuming that that's the look that they were going for.

I dont know about the department store factor, but i think Mr. Aitken wanted an 80's looking seat....

I like it...

I dont like the Odyssey Senior's though, there uncomfortable.
My Shadow is comfy, but its about to break.
Is the Fit any stronger or better built?

The aitken seat looks pretty ugly to me. The senior looks nice, but I haven't ridden one. The fit looks pretty good too.

I think the Aitken looks like an 80's seat like Beerman said, which makes it weird, and funky, not ulgy.
The senior is out of the question, i have sat and ridden on one and i dont like its shape or padding.
The Fit seems to be a clone of the Shadow seat with a Fit logo on the back instead of that damn Crow that Shadow has. Im hoping the Fit will be stronger than the Shadow though....

What about the cracking factor, if you dropped that, it would crack or shatter, wouldnt it?
And it might be a little heavy, and expensive, and uncomfortable.

And the material looks rubbery, so maybe the fabric will hold up?

I hope so, because i really like that seat, and they way Mike Aitken rides his bike.

Maybe stronger fabric too... I dont know

What i do know is that the fabric on the Shadow seat (i think its the same as the Fit too) is very strong and hasnt ripped at all, its just the stupid rails are creaking and starting to pop out...

Dude, why are you going off on him like that? He only asked about a seat. Oh, wait. Hee hee. My bad.

A half-eaten piece of fried chicken, actually.

No joke.

It'd be great if the chicken flew over and hit one of the neighbours in the face.
