Yeah, but you already have an eye for photography, so you've got the part that can't really be learned.

MadMan2k 05-20-07 12:13 PM

I like it, eightdip.

eightdip 05-20-07 03:43 PM

I like heelclickers. Dialed.

Except the MTB kills it, i don't like tricks on MTB's they don't look as good.

FitRider 921 05-20-07 09:20 PM

I still need to wipe off the tacks where the argon discolored the steel a bit, it's not rust.

Crop the bottom 1/3 (it's out of focus anyway) and the left 1/3, which is distracting, and it will be less bad.

Don't lie, you just did a sloppy job! :D

wethepeople 05-21-07 06:14 PM

I don't see how rust would be able to form like that in such a short amount of time in this environment.

bmx2478 05-21-07 06:15 PM

thanks for the tip brian. im not a photographer or anything, but it just helps if you know how to take a nice picture. haha.

gnr rocker 05-22-07 03:51 PM

wtp what kind of welder do you have>?

wethepeople 05-22-07 03:54 PM

I don't own one, but I use a Lincoln, and at times a Millermatic.

gnr rocker 05-22-07 04:01 PM

i got a lincoln mig. it isn't much, but it gets the job done.

wethepeople 05-22-07 04:05 PM

Ya, they're pretty nice. The other day in metal we had the bay doors all open to let a nice breeze flow through the shop. I was going to help a friend do the bumper on his truck, he's sitting there trying to mig the damned thing while I am sitting there stick welding it perfectly, no problems at all. He eventually just gave up and walked off.

I guess nobody told him you can't mig outside or if there is a breeze :p.

gnr rocker 05-22-07 04:09 PM

haha. and wtp, that first sprocket, the bottom weld is quite sloppy.

wethepeople 05-22-07 04:11 PM

Thats what happens when you run out of argon...

Mude says you're a great welder, care to show some of your own work?

minichamp31 05-23-07 07:56 PM

My dad's a welder. Just thought I'd add that.

They're more like braces rather then stays.
