Yeah, but you really don't need it to be much wider.

Unless you're one of those silly racer kids that rides the trail with 6 other people! :p

I keep thinking I'll make a portfolio for some stock site, but I always say "oh, I'll wait until I have the photo from *next thing I plan to shoot*..."
I probably have enough generic sports shots as well as landscapes to submit by now, so I'll see. Maybe when I get my new gear and get some good BMX/MX shots with fill flash, and some field sports. I'm not going to be able to compete for product shots with my $20 'studio', so I won't try.

How do they do all that cool stuff with the photos? I'm assuming it's flim?

MadMan2k 08-17-07 01:29 PM

I'd be extremely surprised if those were shot on film.

Tons of photoshop?

Before digital, I did stuff like that on film, with motocycles. I would expose a roll, then shoot it again. Snakes double exposed with Harleys can be pretty sweet.

Talk about dirt quater pipe, the one with the glass. But yea those are photoshop and once you get the hang of it you can do cool stuff with it. If you give me a photo I can shop it.
