Unrelated to all this talk to tats...
I took another hella sweet picture of a sunset from the skatepark last night, but it's on my cell phone, so it'll probly be all grainy. Not to mention i haven't figured out how to get it on my computer...

Expat! I wanna see these tats your giving, as long as they are in appropriate places!:p

C'mon mate, can't you for once just admit you are wrong? It's not a sign of weakness... Really. :D

Yeah, I'm hoping you put these tattoos somewhere friendly.

Wrong about what? When I did a search for supplies, gun and machine were used practically interchangeably. Just for you, I shall now refer to it as a needle-holder. ;)

FitRider 921 12-29-06 08:22 AM

Stacey, your tattoo looks scary... what is it?

It's St. George and the Dragon... With the roles reversed. The dragon is running St. George thru with the lance.

It will be much more distinguishable when the color is applied.

FitRider 921 12-29-06 11:08 AM

Bob the Builder just popped into my head. I don't know why.

I was there (at the airport) for 2 hours after dark one day, and then 2 hours in the middle of the day another day, which wouldn't even be enough time to drive to wherever you live and then turn around and drive back to the airport, let alone ride :p

Nice, especially the mist on the meadow. Oh, and the one with the larches (third photo) is pretty nice also.

Location?

East Hill

wethepeople 01-02-07 03:18 AM

Banf national park, I went hiking there not to long ago.

Doh! I should have known that. How did I manage to miss the thread in Foo? I'm not paying enough attention, obviously.

Who'd of thought they were made with a disposable? That makes them even more impressive.

FitRider 921 01-02-07 01:40 PM

Nice pics. You could probably sell them to random people if you ever want to make some money.

MadMan2k 01-02-07 11:34 PM

I experimented with a '0-budget' enlarger/projector - used a 55mm lens and an extension tube, a cardboard box, a worklight with a flourescent lamp on it, and a light-tight changing bag. It sucks.
But I got results (yeah, they suck too, as does the picture of them since I broke my scanner)
http://jonbuder.com/images/prints.jpg

Now I need a real enlarger. And a room that's actually light tight would help. It's not too bad using tin casserole dishes for chemical trays though.

Brian 01-03-07 06:35 AM

Plastic, not tin.

Madman, even though it didn't turn out amazing, that's still pretty damn cool.

This thread is getting very long, maybe someone should sticky it
