most ridiculous thing ever, but it turned out good.

it started out with a normal drive into our nation's capital, me and two other people squeezed into the cab of a truck with our bikes in the back.

after hitting up a wallride at the world famous Watergate Hotel, i noticed a sound coming from my back tire and realized it was popped.

we went to a gas station to trie and fill it up but the tube just exploded

after driving around in search of a new spot for my friends to ride we stumbled accros a rusy, abandon bike. i would tell it hadnt been riden because the front wheel was completely bent and the chain was so rusted you couldnt pedal.

wiht my quick thinking i soon acquire a x-mart wheel and was able to continue out the night.

The french fries were enough to make me barf. I hate McDonalds now.

Except for their 'water cups' that you fill up with soda and then leave. The sweet tea is too sweet.

I haven't eaten fast food in years. I never drank soda either.

I eat fast food occasionally, and I usually have soda with it. I'm going to get fat if I keep that up as I get old, so I'll have to cut it out.

i LOVVE arbys. i had it for the first time yesterday and oh man is it delicious.

Arby's is pretty good. Roast beef sandwich with Arby sauce. I could eat as much fast food as I want and I won't gain any weight. And I want to gain weight.

My mom won't let me. I just weightlift Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. I hate it but oh well. It's basically for football.

if your trying to put on weight, dont lift day to day. take a 2 day break in between sections. also bodybuilding.net is a good site to look at
