haha. creatine is normally safe, you just need to drink more water, which usually comes from when you get the creatine into your body in the first place. I have whey protein and it works pretty well but makes me really sick.

because creatine is listed as a "supplement" and not a "drug" by the FDA (in the USA), makers of creatine are not held to any standards...some brands may be inadvertently cross-contaminated with anabolic steroidal agents...not a good thing.
My opinion...doesn't really matter...if you want to risk kidney damage & the possibility of taking an "illegal" steroid (by mistake) & failing a drug test...
