Removal of mid BB
How do you do it? I just got my chase hawk and I put it in ok, I think. But i have no clue how to get it out if I need to. And are integrated headsets supposed to have to be hammered in or do they just go in becasue my top one just goes right in.

I was actually thinking of that frame until I heard everyone breaking it. I need a beefier frame, but I hope it works out well for you. I don't know how to get it out either, but I'm guessing it may be a similar process to how you got it in.

Just take a ratchet extension or something, push the spacer over and tap it with a hammer. Alternate sides you hit so it works the bearing out. Don't hit it too hard, just tap it firmly.
it's pretty normal for a headset to drop in on an integrated headset.

Well, I'm really easy on the frames I've had so far so I dont think it will be a problem, plus I got it for a hundred dollars.I got the BB in by whacking it with a hammer and a socket extention. I'l put pictures in the bike check tonight.
